I got great care. Nurses and Dr's were terrific.
This is strictly about the ER. We’ve been going here for about 8-9 years now. And I must say. Despite most of the workers being sooo nice and kind, good luck actually getting any help. Almost every time our issues have been dismissed or ignored entirely. Especially for our Autistic daughter they just like. Straight up won’t do anything. Take the drive to a different ER if it’s not a true life or death immediate emergency. Especially with your disabled kids.
Have mom here now. Found gentleman laying on curb after falling out of wheelchair. I got help. Went out to help while your staff left him lying while they debated who they should call to help lift him. My god really i got him up by the pants. Dont you train your staff any better? Its 30 degrees out and they would even cover him. I dont think im going to bring her here again.
