The care in ER was horrible! They administered several medications that I should have never been given but because I was unconscious, they just gave them to me. I would never go there even if I was near death. Staff was rude when I did wake up. I was 100% nude in a wet bed and asked for a blanket 5 times before I got one.
Terrible customer services; months of billing problems with them and they continue to mispost and send bills. Tons of calls with their customer service finance folks and they are rude and unresponsive. They don't care if you leave LVHN and go to another place.... stay away, I think they should be investigaged for overbilling
What stupid shit they put in place to keep us from our loved ones during covid. They gave my wife a test in the hospital for covid and now they don't let me in to see her because the results haven't come back yet. 😡😡 I told them we were swapping spit the night before and if she is positive then I am already infected, therefore that rule doesn't make sense.
