the doctors didn't even treat me for what i came in for
We were advised by our sons pediatrician to go here because of their pediatric burn specialty. Our son got a pretty good burn on his hand and we were seen fairly quickly. The communication between the ER doctors and the burn specialists was quick, they made sure we undeestood how to care for the burn and what to look out for, and sent us on our way in a very reasonable time.
We have been here 3 times for our now 1 year old and I would prefer to drive the hour here than go anywhere else. I always have a good experience here and they have always been kind and helpful. From the front desk all the way up we have only had amazing people help us. It's very important to me to feel like we are being listened to, heard out and not shrugged off and that's what we get here every time.
We had a very scary experience with our toddler and were quickly taken back & diagnosed. I felt they were quite through keeping us and monitoring his sugars for two days, having us talk with the diabetes education team, as well as a follow up with endocrinology!
Yesterday my 18 month old son was sent to the ER because of having trouble breathing & Dr George Nassar was amazing from the minute my son arrived. He was on top of everything and made sure he was well taken care of, unfortunately his shift was coming to an end so he had to leave but the time he had to take care of my son was absolutely amazing, he was so caring and did everything he could to help.
