My family member 39 yr old black female had to Dr Daniel Ross. He has no patient skills. He is didn't want to explain to her he had his office manager do the explaining. No written instructions were given on what to do. She came to his office a week before he requested a test paid $40. She came the following week same test request again. $40 was charged. She is on the urge to lose her eyesight. She will travel to NYC to are someone I know.

My family member had to see him. He has no patient skills. He is unable to communicate he has his MA do the explaining.

Dr Ross and his team are experts at fixing eyes. From the highly trained office staff to the surgery center the staff were great at consoling me and answering my questions. From my point of view their empathy and communication skills made the entire process pleasant. As the eyes heal each day is better. I am so happy! Thanks to all the professionals That took care of me.
