waste of alot of time on last order never got what I odered and was billed for it, called to tell them I had not reieved it, Then they sent wrong items. then things go sideways after being on hold for 18 miniutes, they could care less that I have been waiting weeks for my wire wheels, I told them what I recieved they were all concered about me returning the 6 JAZ cup wheels, they told me they wouldn't ship untill I sent back the 6 JAZ 2-3/4 " it was like they were going to go under over less than $40. no mater how much I pus... read more

Good Communications and great Pricing
My order came with completely wrong width and length sanding belt. You are sending me the right belts, but I’m not impressed with the original mailing. I ordered 1.5 x 24 120 grit belts I got 1/2 x 24 40 grit belts, perhaps an area for improvement. While I was told I would receive the right order I’m still waiting.
