We drove to Macungie from Colorado for a mountain bike race and had a major bike rack failure by the time we reached PA - we called LSI and they had us come down right away. Their super knowledgeable team had to fully reverse engineer our rack, then re-engineer most of it after welding the whole thing back together. Truly amazing bunch of folks over there that know their craft. Thanks LSI - bikes made it home safe and sound.
