If I could give them zero stars I would. The psychologist that my son had been seeing was making some progress with him and my wife. I reluctantly agreed to visit with my son as he saw value in what she had to say. Upon my first visit with him at our scheduled appointment, I was greeted approximately 10 minutes late and told that my appointment was for an hour earlier however, her appointment at the time of my arrival was late and had not shown up yet. BEWARE! My teen son’s issues only worsened after being a patient here because the doctor took up a majority his sessions talking about himself. They insist on masks however the receptionists are always without. Finally, we had to cancel day of for an appointment because my son had Covid symptoms. They informed us we were going to be charged a late cancellation fee despite refusing to see him due to his symptoms. Find a place that actually cares about their patients.
