asked why only 60 gallons why the outside tank was not filled the manager said they dont fill outside tanks thats new to me because for the last 2 yrs they bin filling it manager was very smart the roads had a little snow on them when I left there office in Whitehall manager said to me I hope you dont get in a accident on my way home and smiled and laughed could not believed she said that the owner must be proud of her I would fired her rating it 0. If I could give negative STARS or no STARS that's how they would be rated! This company delivered and dumped 98+ gallons of oil into my furnace room! We do NOT have an oil tank!!! They had the WRONG address! We went through HELL dealing with them and their insurance company to get our home and our lives back in order. So sad that businesses like this get away with destroying lives with no consequences. So sad! They are not a trusted community friendly fuel service; they are a self-serving business entity.
