Staff here are cold heartless monsters. Constantly gave conflicting stories as to why we were not allowed to have the closure of seeing our loved one to confirm that it was actually him. Claimed that his body had been identified by some guy who we didn't know. For all we know the body that was cremated could have been someone else. I have worked in EMS for 15 years.
