First of all I would like to give the props to the maintenance department for their diligence but for human safety and protection we need more lighting back and front parking areas I would like to see the owners of Penrose drop their older uncles or parents off after 9:00 p.m. front or back they were very worried it's not right for elderly people to really try to walk and look behind their back three cars were broken into Thursday, 7-13 23 9:20 p.m.I called the police,no good camera work no good lighting they're just wait... read more

Terrible place ! Yes it's nice and clean, but alot of theft going on in this place. Anything not nailed down sooner or later will come up missing., Food and personal items you name it ! The Fire Alarm goes off often And it's Very Loud in your unit., When it does, your asked to vacate. No matter what time it is... You would think that's a good, thing most times it's a inconvenience to have to walk to the parking lot rain or shine.
