Lack of timeliness to emails is highly concerning. Mallard Lakes Condo Association deserves better service.
The level of personal attention and response we get even though we are a small HOA is beyond outstanding.
They mishandle maintenance repairs and do not treat retirees well. Big thumbs down. Deleware office. Not a pleasure at all. They duck and dodge rather than address and handle issues for their homeowners.
