Just say no. No customer service. Never returns calls or emails. Our manager claimed my emails landed in his spam. Which I could slightly understand, however. He then berated me for not being more descriptive in my title in an email he wasn't going to read anyway. What is laughable is he hadn't bothered to set his voicemail for well over the year
