Exorbitant charges for selling a property under their HOA management. On the exit they are exploiting the member resident they are suppose to serve. The HOA Board has most likely signed onto these outrageous fees but they are probably unaware of this.
After setting up an automatic deduction on for my HOA fees, Legum & Norman began charging me $50 late fees because they did not adjust the HOA payment accordingly. During many phone calls, I was assured there was not an automatic deduction on file. I was encouraged to set up a second automatic deduction. Now Legum & Norman has received double payment of $700.
