Stay away from this place at all cost, dont even buy a house where they are the "third party" HOA. They do not maintain the public areas as they say they will, they are rude and nasty when called on the phone to point out deficiencies. They take your dues and waste them paying themseves to talk to you on the phone. Stay well away from Legum & Norman or any development they are in.
