Wattstopper/LeGrand are the absolute WORST for lighting controls. They don't respond to emails, they outsource their drawings and techs, and when you try to call the customer service agent(s) (Marissa S) has all calls going straight to voicemail. On top of that, all of her colleagues copied on the email conveniently don't respond, either, just the field tech that they outsourced and he obviously won't have any info. (2) weeks and ZERO responses from Marissa and she is well aware of how imperative this warranty replacement is... read more
