This has got to be the worst after sale support company I have EVER dealt with. Bought an in-wall rack through my supplier, parts were damaged THREE times in transit, due to packaging not being sufficient enough for shipping due to weight and bulkiness. Instead of being able to ship a replacement piece for the damaged one, they could only ship the entire box. Talk about a total waste of money in shipping expenses. Wattstopper/LeGrand are the absolute WORST for lighting controls. They don't respond to emails, they outsource their drawings and techs, and when you try to call the customer service agent(s) (Marissa S) has all calls going straight to voicemail. On top of that, all of her colleagues copied on the email conveniently don't respond, either, just the field tech that they outsourced and he obviously won't have any info.
