I'm from north cal, and this was our first time and I got to say it didn't disappoint, the hotel was awesome very clean, and good room service. They also have a lot of kid activities. And their breakfast buffet is the best different variety of food everyday. Love it I would definitely go back and take my boys again..
Having a hard time with this review. On one hand the experience was fantastic for the kids. The smiles and laughter were worth what we paid, and from a family hotel perspective they have thought of a lot of little things that are very helpful, such as stools and toddler toilet seats for the little ones. I recently stayed at the legoland hotel and bought the 2 day tickets for my family. The hotel was fine and Legoland was great but I see an extra $264 charge the day I left the hotel from Legoland. It’s not the tickets I bought or the hotel stay, as I see those transactions separate from this charge. It’s also not the $100 incidental fee as that was returned. These rooms have the worst lighting. Middle of the room, rather dim. And there are flashing lights on the ceiling that dont stop all night long. Very bright. Im guessing the smoke detector. It was quiet, though. Private. We were unimpressed by some of the restaurants being closed due to lack of traffic. Staff were very accommodating. It was clean and the food they did serve was better than a lot of other places(Disney). Was also more reasonably priced, albeit still inflated.
