LEGOLAND Discovery Center is a great place for the kids and extremely popular among the locals. The venue features a couple of lego rides, a 4D cinema with some excellent short films, a ninja training camp, a factory tour, a play zone, and an interactive workshop. We went for my son's birthday on Monday. We had a blast and enjoyed it more then the Chicago one! It was very easy to navigate, as soon as you enter you get on the ride..which my 9yr old loved. He also really enjoyed the Ninjago training center! It was a big perk for him. We did the 4d movie and spent a good hour in legoland if not longer. We enjoyed every minute of it and will definitely be back!!!

We went during 4th of July week at 2:30 and it was not crowded but still had other kids to play with. We purchased our tickets online and scanned it from our phones at check in. That went smoothly. There was little to no direction from there on out. Luckily, we stumbled upon a Lego building class that was getting ready to start ( we didn't even know they offered that). My husband and I took our 3 kids and had a blast!! We had free children's tickets with the purchase of adult tickets so it was a lot more affordable. Probably won't go back unless we have the coupon again, a little pricey. But there was so much for them to do and they LOVED the 4D movie!

Absolutely worth the price! Way bigger and more to do than I expected. The only down side to the pass is it has to be that specific person going unlike the zoo where you can just pay for you and any other adult on a pass. Woah they offered a family pass

I didn't expect much, but my grandchildren, who love Legos, were visiting from Colorado so I figured it would be a good place to take them. The visit consisted of two grandparents, two parents, an eight year old boy, and a six year old girl. All six of us had a really great time. We stayed almost three hours and could have stayed a little longer. We all loved the movie, rides, and experiences. I do wish the price was a little less expensive on admittance and food.

Perhaps we missed something? I expected there to be a hands on area where my son and i could build with leggos. There was nothing like this. There was a room where we watched a video and chose pieces to make a custom leggo figure. there was a ride where we shot toy guns a laser sensors and got our picture taken, there was a room with display of the major landmarks of Detroit in leggo miniature.....and then out to the gift shop. We werent there very long at all. i expected a much different experience. We we were disappointed.

I don't know what you're paying Brandon who was working the morning shift on 7/5, but he needs a raise. I left my two older kids by the bin of legos while I took my youngest on the ride. Brandon noticed them and started interacting with them. My 5 year old was wearing a shirt with Pikachu on it. He started making him a pikachu. When my youngest was done with the ride and pikachu was constructed, he started making him a creeper from minecraft to match his shirt too. We live in Virginia and have visited the last two summers.
