Dear LEGO land, I am a mom who spends a lot of time taking my kids to fun places and making sure they have a great time. Today, my kids did have a great time at LEGO land in Michigan, however, I have never been more disgusted with a company than I was today. Your manager charged my friend and her two young kids $70. $70 to go to LEGO land for a mom and two small children. Very disappointed with our most recent trip to Legoland. My husband took the afternoon off work and we drove over an hour to join in the fun of homeschool week to be turned away at the entrance. Apparently arriving at 2pm is past the hours for homeschool admission. I’ve been unable to locate those hours on the website. There was no signage at the entrance either. While our family has enjoyed the facility it in past and appreciate the homeschool week discount I doubt we’ll return.

RecommendedSuper fun, we spent about 4 hours there and my kids would've been happy to stay longer. Everything was clean and in good repair. Snack bar was very reasonably priced. Staff was AWESOME. Thank you -- I know working with the public can be very difficult. You are appreciated.

RecommendedClean environment, friendly staff, lots of hands on activities and I love the annual pass. You get a lanyard with various cards hung on it and evry time you do an activity you get the card stamped. reward down the road.
