Not Good for Birthday Parties. I had my son’s 6th Birthday party at Legoland and unfortunately, we ran into nothing but problems. The whole process was inflexible, and the treatment was poor. Most significantly, Legoland will not allow parents to walk into the facility to pick up their child – nor do they have any other solution as to how the parent of the birthday kid is supposed to deliver 16 party guests ages 6 and 7 (in my case) to their respective parent. Recommendedmy kids had a great time but I thought it was very over price we even up grade and we didn't get the right amount leg guys were supposed to get. we drove 3 hours. Sealife didn't have the touch pool open so that was bummer too.

Absolutely awful. There was one family in front of us in line to get in, but the cashier was taking his time and we must have waited for at least 10 minutes (and we had annual passes). My daughter wanted to ride on the little bicycle ride and was denied due to being 1/4 inch too short so I asked to speak to the manager. Rudest manager I’ve ever dealt with.
