Hermoso Hotel, espectacular comida! Lo único malo que te quieren cobrar 100$ por cada noche como Depósito, ni siquiera en los hoteles de lujos del universal Orlando o los resort de Disney si cambian esa política me quedaría nuevamente.
The rooms were nice and spacious. But you can hear the other people in the other side of the room. We had very noise people next door who were constantly opening and slamming the door past 11:00 pm till like 1:00 am. It was ridiculous. But the staff were very nice, responded quickly to and issues and fixed it with in 30 minutes. Rooms have safe and mini fridge. Bed was comfortable, but the room has like a weird smell like cheep motel room. Over all our stay here was very pleasant. We would probably given it another try.
We went for my son 6th birthday, the location is great , rooms are not new , the service is ok . The charged me $200 security deposit without warning same day we got there that was on 10/17/25 and still waiting for the reimbursement.
