I came to this barbershop expecting fair service, but unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I waited patiently for my turn, only to be told that a new customer who just walked in had an appointment — even though I was already waiting. There was no clear communication about appointment policies or waiting times, and it felt like walk-in customers are treated as an afterthought. They really don’t know how to cut hair, and the customer service is terrible. One of my friends waited for almost 2 hours and they still didn’t want to serve him. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience — definitely not recommended.
Amazing. Today I got my hair done real nice when I walked out with my mom and my 2 other brothers. You should’ve seen the smile on my face back home. Also thank you I can’t express myself in person but in this I’m happy as hell
