Major safety and security breach. A contractor from this business attended my property for maintenance and left the front entrance entirely unsecured and unlocked after finishing the job. This door physically requires a key to lock and cannot simply be pulled shut, making the business's excuse that they "thought it was locked" physically impossible. Completely unprofessional negligence and a massive security risk to residents. Homeowners beware.

The price of replacement was very reasonable and all works were carried out diligently and professionally.
