Staff are friendly and helpful. Not too crowded. Customers are mature- they clean equipment after they use it.
The best place to go for HIIT style class taught by knowledgeable coaches. Great place to learn and become comfortable with weights. Exercises are tailored to your level of fitness.
You've tried the rest, now try the best! Workouts are tough enough to bring results. Coaches are engaged, supportive, and quick to improve your form as needed. Legion is high on accountability and community, and that makes all the difference!
I have been a member of Legion Transformation Center for almost 6 years off and on. I recently completed a member challenge that is offered through the gym and had great results! The gym offers private training as well as group fitness classes. The coaches are great! Very knowledgeable and supportive and motivating. Initially I was intimidated but now I look forward to coming to classes. If you are on the fence about joining, reach out and try a class. You won’t regret it!
Joined Legion Delco in Newtown Square last year and am so glad I did. Great coaches and friendly members. I highly recommend this gym!
