I joined Jan 2023. I was so excited I was starting CrossFit, I told the owner I was starting ozempic, new nutrition plan, I had purchased sarms, seeing a sport doctor and purchased new workout clothes and was going all in on fitness. The coaches and other participants are amazing and very supportive. They have workouts for everyone and a daycare center if you want to bring your kids, overall an amzing place.
