I booked an appointment with Megan and was pleased with the whole experience. I have curly hair and visited different salons in the past, never got my haircut right or completely fried my hair so I stuck to cutting it myself. Came in to get my roots done and bang trim. I've been getting compliments ever since. I'm very picky about my bangs and they're perfectly cut. My color looks great too, ready for Spring, with no more grays. My blow out was a nice change too. Lily listened and did what I asked for, with the nice surprise of a shiny blow out that has lasted me 3 days.

Still newer to the area and in search of a solid spot for curly hair cuts—this is not the place. I was unable to schedule a simple dry cut for my curls without being required to go through additional washing and coaching. Update: After posting my review, another manager reached out to apologize and offer services. Although I had already booked elsewhere, I appreciated the gesture and the offer to contact her for future accommodations. The experience seems to be hit or miss depending on who handles your booking.

I went in for a brow waxing with Emma and she was great! I will be going regularly for appointments and would highly recommend her for anyone!
