This is a bad doctor. He was on his cell phone while his students recited what they had learned out of a textbook. He wouldn’t listen to me and he was just going off the previous misdiagnosis another doctor had recorded in my chart. Since he was using medications that weren’t recommended for what I needed and insisted on off label uses for these medications and using the cheapest generics available, this caused my blood pressure to drop too low and I fainted and hit my head. It makes me angry I have to even leave one star. This man is either incompetent to the point of being dangerous or a sadist.
I accompanied my son to an appointment with Dr Leggett and was shocked at how unprofessional and rude he was. Working in the medical field I had heard complaints of this Dr before, but I always give the person the benefit of the doubt. After seeing him in action I know now this is true and wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.
Dr Leggett is a good Dr, especially after you build a relationship with him. At first he can *seem* standoffish, but he is a nice guy. Occasionally, he can 'get mad' at certain things out of nowhere. It leaves me anxious.... especially when NO intention was to do anything wrong. But then like most of us, we live in a world that expects perfection....... Nonetheless, he is a good at getting to the problem and maintaining. Four 1/2 for Dr Zero for his RUDE nurse Michelle. Gosh she is just a miserable person.... she will bully ... read more
Doesn't listen to his patients, dismisses anything a patient has to say. Prescribes medicines without understanding the pharmacology.
