Excellent DR; RUDE RECEPTIONIST! – Dr Leggett is an amazing Dr. It is awkward sometimes because there are pregnant pauses where you don't know what he wants you to say, but, he is great with the meds and really cares. His receptionist is rude, curt and I reckon after this morning can get away with YELLING at the patients because that is just what she did to me. Good Doc - BAD STAFF! – Dr. Leggett is a knowledgeable doctor with a decant bed side manor. Unfortunately, Dr. Leggett’s staff is unquestionably the most rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional group I have encountered in a medical setting. Dr. Leggett’s receptionist not only has poor phone etiquette and seems to be in a perpetual bad mood but is just plain unpleasant. A VERY RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS RECEPTIONIST – Dr. Legget has been very helpful, trustworthy and knowledgeable in helping my family through some sad and difficult times. It is sad to say that his receptionist is could not be more rude and obnoxious, impatient, and short with me whenever I call with questions regarding the care, my billing issues or for an appointment.
