This facility absolutely rude I get 9am and immediately dock but still not loading now 1:10pm they not even care about drivers

The work isn't bad but the problem arises that none of the managers are on the same page and they give conflicting information back and forth. Also no one knows what's going on at any point in time. And holidays? It was posted for two months that we would be off almost 3 week for the Christmas to new years holidays. Then two days before we are supposed to take off they changed it up entirely.
