Second time buying a car at this location and never an issue. Super modern and clean place. Jeff has now sold us two cars and we will be back for sure. Updated October 2025 - lost a couple stars. Sales department is great and very helpful, responsive and friendly. Service is another thing. I go to book in regularly scheduled servicing and they tell me the next available appointment is not for almost a month away. Seems a little wild they don't have anything between now and then. Staff are friendly and make you feel like family. I’ve been taking my cars there since 2013.
My local mechanic diagnosed a cracked cylinder head on my Mazda (nearly $7000 epair with tax). There was an extended warranty offered on the repair in the US so I reached out to Mazda Canada to be considered for their goodwill repair program. They told me I had to use my local dealership (Leggat) for the application process. Leggat diagnosed the cracked cylinder head but refused to put forward the application because I didn't buy the car from them (important info they failed to mention beforehand).
