The best service I’ve ever experienced was right here. I previously brought my Tesla in for a repair after a system update triggered a “passenger seat restraint system fault” warning. Today, I pass by, and Aaron fixed it effortlessly. He was incredibly professional, patient, and truly a gentleman. I’m very grateful. Feeling so good today!

Excellent customer service from Shelby! On a very frustrating day she delivered calm, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable assistance after an accident. She arranged for a rental car seamlessly. Since then (two weeks) she has been contacting a difficult to reach insurance company to remind them the car is waiting for them to pick up and appraise.
