Recently took a vehicle in for an oil change, while the vehicle was in the shop they had broken off the vehicles side mirror which they stated happened during a car wash. Worker tried to blame us stating that the mirror was rusted. Have followed up multiple times, and have not heard back from anyone regarding having the part fixed or replaced. Update - it has been months, was told we would be followed up with and the mirror has still not been replaced and no one has gotten in touch with us
Big Thank You to Elana, and the Maintenance/Tech guy who got my Equinox EV charging again on the factory supplied cable .. All of the staff were friendly, polite, and accommodating .. Elana called me with updates on what the problem was and what the fix would entail .. She offered and set me up with transportation options to and from the dealer .. I was offered a car wash when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. It was quick and to be honest it looked much cleaner than driving through my local Petro Canada car wash .. ANYHOW ..... read more
