By far the worst service I have ever received. The service manager Joe is condescending and rude. Even put his hand on my arm, and spoke to me very aggressively because I was frustrated he was not able to locate my truck after over a year of bringing it back and forth for the same issue. A fellow customer witnessed and stated she was appalled and would “raise hell” if she was in my position. The Fast Lube lane is great, quick oil changes.
I never put negative reviews until Stuff like this happens.. I paid 100 Dollars for nothing to be done to my truck. And be told to come back and leave it over night. While you guys are trying to sell me a truck and trade mine in. Horrible experience to have my tires taken off and the vehicle isn’t done or inspected or finished. While we’re trying to make a deal Upstairs. Hope the 100 dollars was worth it.
