X-rays taken last Friday, promised results within 48 hours. It's now Thursday with no results sent to my primary care doctor. When I called, I was told the radiologist couldn't even see the images. A full week with no resolution. Stay away — horrible service
Had surgery here 3/25/26. My experience with all staff from the check-in desk to the post-surgery care was wonderful. Eric and Tempy in pre-surgery were nice and conversational. They explained what they were doing and did it nicely with kindness. Even when I was coming out of the influence of sedation, Sofia was great and I have to believe very patient. She gave me 2! !TWO! This surgery center cost me $13,818 for knee acl surgery without insurance. It is ridiculous and a scam what we have to pay in America for basic healthcare. The facilities are not luxurious or better than other surgery centers. The staff was nice but nothing about Legent deserves $13k of my hard earned money just because I am a self employed person. Nothing.
Everyone here was amazing! They were friendly, personable, and provided amazing care from beginning to end. Having surgery can be nerve wracking, but they set me at ease.
Legent Outpatient was phenomenal. Their nurses were extremely attentive and concerned about my well being. The whole experience, as far as a total knee replacement goes, was great.
