The staff here are very friendly and welcoming!!! Even before my surgery as well during and after my surgery they were incredibly attentive and thoroughly explained everything. They took the time to make sure I had everything I needed, answered all my questions. I hopefully will have my 2nd tympanoplasty here as well!!!! They even followed up with me the following day!!!
My procedure was delayed due to changing to ketamine. Then I was sent home extremely nauseated and confused because you were closing at 5. I was out of it and unable to drink or eat for 4 days. I wound up at NC Baptist in ICu as they thought I had a heart attack and after having a heart Cath learned my heart wasn’t pumping as well. I will not recommend your OP Surgery facility.
My mom's ear surgery went well without complications. Before - Huh? What? After - I heard that from two counties away!
Awesome experience. It’s been over two years since my spinal stimulator implant and I was skeptical at first but I must say now my pain level is very low with little to no pain. I have come a long way and it just gets better as time goes on.
