Terrible customer service, the guy is already pissed at you before you say hello. They put the wrong image item on a product, and when I called requesting a partial refund or to return my items they declined saying they don’t know if I tampered with the box. Would never do business here, please stay away

These geniuses sent my books with Canada Post even though they knew a strike was coming and now my stuff is stuck. Don't shop with these people they are terrible.
Lazy and poor customer service. These people thought it was a good idea to ship my items with Canada Post when they knew there was a postal strike coming. The smart thing to do would have been to use a different courier but that's the kind of lazy service you get from this company....
