UPDATE - ATTN OWNER! i definitely lived at LRV and I definitely moved because of the horrible manager Lisa you hired a year ago, but I like how you dodged every issue by trying to act like i wasn't a tenant. Par for the Legends course. I only speak the truth! Also, Here on earth, we use "user names", not personal names online. Sorry if all you could find was Elvis when searching for SeeSee Rider. The complex and units are very nice for price point, but be mindful they have variable pricing like an airline. Aspen is 1192 sqft with 2nd floor high ceilings with good lighting and attached garage. Darnell on maintenance team is top notch with prompt friendly and knowledgeable service. I hope they keep him as staff seems transient in and out. Lisa in front office is friendly and seems to manage the chaos well. Main concerns would be if location works for you given on outskirts of AA and the variable pricing can gouge you. ... read more
Office staff is awfully mean, After 5 1/2 yrs on a conservative side of paying over 100,000 in total rent payments, they’ve decided to forcefully evict me claiming “harassment” because I am upset they have never done the renewal incentive offers. Examples given- carpet clean, faucets, blinds, mirrors, lightening.
This situation is becoming extremely disappointing. The long wait times for maintenance requests are unacceptable. Tenants should not be impacted by personal issues among office staff. *Update: all maintenance requests have been completed and I am satisfied again. If I am paying my rent on time, then the services outlined in my lease agreement should be provided without delay or excuse. This is not personal—it's business, and I expect to be treated accordingly.
I would never live here again. Management is horrible, there's dog and goose crap everywhere, there are tick and stink bug infestations all over the complex, the walls are so thin you can say goodbye to sleeping, the materials are so cheap things break regularly, the turn over of workers for both office and maintenance is laughable, the drains, ponds and sprinklers stink so bad it will gag you, there's not an inch of space for kids so they are forced to drive neighbors crazy running and screaming inside, there's zero insulat... read more
