The complex and units are very nice for price point, but be mindful they have variable pricing like an airline. Aspen is 1192 sqft with 2nd floor high ceilings with good lighting and attached garage. Darnell on maintenance team is top notch with prompt friendly and knowledgeable service. I hope they keep him as staff seems transient in and out. Office staff is awfully mean, After 5 1/2 yrs on a conservative side of paying over 100,000 in total rent payments, they’ve decided to forcefully evict me claiming “harassment” because I am upset they have never done the renewal incentive offers. Examples given- carpet clean, faucets, blinds, mirrors, lightening.
This situation is becoming extremely disappointing. The long wait times for maintenance requests are unacceptable. Tenants should not be impacted by personal issues among office staff. *Update: all maintenance requests have been completed and I am satisfied again. If I am paying my rent on time, then the services outlined in my lease agreement should be provided without delay or excuse. This is not personal—it's business, and I expect to be treated accordingly.

Lisa is extremely disrespected, rude and not willing to help or take accountability for mistakes. Over promise under deliver at this location! Truly disappointed in new mngt.
