Great service, lovely venue; however the smash burger was good, but not great as I had hoped. Not the crispy outer shell (don't know the correct term) that is expected to have been achieved with the high heat and smashed searing process. Onion rings and French fries were perfect though. My partner and I ordered the not-smashed burger. Fellow diners enjoyed the Caesar Salad and Wings they ordered. Would return if we were in the area again, but forego the burgers.

The food quality has been so bad. I had the macaroni and cheese it was awful and wings were cold. Please listen to the members and up the food game.
Was so excited to come here after reading great reviews. Went an hour out of our way to come here. We walked inside and there was no one there? Double checked the hours to make sure it was open (it was) and asked the person at the reception desk who confirmed it had been open since 8:30am (4 hours before we arrived). Walked into the restaurant 4 times, saw some employees who saw us but didn’t acknowledge us and were folding pizza boxes.
