I stopped by this popcorn shop about a week ago to pick up some popcorn for my dad, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted and the employee who took my order didn’t seem welcoming or engaged. It’s very unfortunate a small business I tried to support lead me to give a 1 star review. I would have given 0. I went in today at 10am as soon as they opened and requested an order for pick up the next week and the guy working said he would have to contact the owner, Dwayne. No problem, I left my info and left. I called again around 4pm after no follow up and Alianya who answered said Dwayne wasn’t there but should be in later and would call me. The popcorn was good…. but the experience was a kernel. Felt super uncomfortable, It was more than apparent that the young guy that was working today did not want to be there. I just wanna ask whoever is forcing him to come into work, to please stop! He does not want to be there.
Ordered 12 canisters of popcorn, and they were all well bagged, sealed, and everyone loved them. The prices are good, and the customer service was great!
