Great place!! It is near a bus stop and near campus very convenient and the amenities are so good!! Parking during school year at night can be complicated i think due to guests... but its okayy since the staff is really caring towards the residents and maintenance requests are quickly fixed and during final weeks the goodies are so good!!! Makes me look forward to finals !!
Just recently contacted management about getting my bed removed from my room! They responded quickly and got the job done. The Quarters communication & responsiveness to my questions has always been something I can count on while I’ve lived here.
I have absolutely loved living here. This is hands-down one of the nicest apartments I have ever lived in indefinitely. The nicest student housing I have ever lived in. The property is fairly clean and well taken care of, the pool is absolutely gorgeous and they really go above and beyond to keep this place, looking clean and way nicer than something you would expect in Lawerence Kansas.
