They are not will to help active duty service members at all with rent in moving out with orders if you live here it is a scam my door has been broken for months and they still refuse to fix if you call putting a foam piece on the door and cause my electric bill to be over a $100 so do not live here if you want your money
Very well maintained student apartment complex! Has all the amenities you could ask for. Would 100% recommend!
Maintenance response time is quick and the complex clubhouse is nice.
I have lived here for a couple years now. My only issue is that we are pretty far from campus and most stores, but there is a bus stop right along the property and hyvee is a short walk away. Plus they are building a new business district within walking distance. Otherwise, I really love living here. The amenities and rooms are some of the best when it comes to college apartments.
