I love The Quarters! The gym, study rooms, and deck are all kept tidy, management is quick to respond about any concerns we have, and the apartments themselves are very cozy! Considering The Quarters comes fully furnished, has such great amenities, and is located next to both a bus stop to campus and a grocery store, the location could not be more perfect. The rooms are spacious, and having a private bathroom, considering the cost of rent, is wonderful!
I’ve been here a few months and everything has been great, especially coming from a different complex that didn’t handle things as well. Maintenance has been responsive and friendly and the amenities are great!! Internet is reliable too :]
Moved in a week ago and am absolutely loving it! Amenities are amazing and the rooms are really nice! Love the hot chocolate and coffee machine!
College students beware. The quarters charged my me and my roommates over 300$ each in damages at the end of the year. I am writing my review now because, I had to hire an estate lawyer to advocate for us. The only thing about the quarters that was great was the service crew. Those guys knew what was up.
Partial fixes most of the time and slow. Also please fix my roommates shower.
