Just renewed my lease for another year. Has been a great experience living here! Kylie is amazing at the leasing office and very helpful and I had a great experience with Justin from maintenance. Had to call him out twice on a Saturday for emergencies and he came soooo quick and fixed the problems. Thanks to Kylie and Justin for the amazing work at Legends! ☺️
The only two reasons I moved here was of the garage and the view, that’s it. Well garage has been broken for a few days now and no word on when it will be fixed. Very disappointed with communication from manager to resolve this issue expeditiously. Kylie has been awesome though.
Great place. Very quiet and peaceful environment! The Management and Maintenance team are very dedicated to the residents. Kudos indeed!!
Como nuevo residente la primera impresión del Condominio fue excelente comenzando por el Sr Hugo quien nos atendió en la administración de manera extraordinaria está muy capacitado para lo que hace buena atención al público los apartamentos están en excelentes condiciones todo muy verde muchos árboles y muy limpio y excelente ubicación
Muy buena atención por parte de Hugo Banales y Kylie me sentí muy bien asesorada y apoyada con todo el proceso es una comunidad muy tranquila y rodeada de naturaleza y cerca a todo.
