Love it here my mom loves it here. They normally have some kind of move in special going on too. There are Attached garages and detached available, some even included with apt already. Also plenty of parking and carports available as well. Drive up to complex is nice. Construction on blanco and 1604 seems almost done so traffic not too much of an issue anymore. Beautiful apartment complex overall, and the property is always kept looking nice. The amenities are great, especially the pool area. However, something really needs to be done about the late-night pool parties. Many residents have work early in the morning and are trying to rest, but the loud music and noise often continue well past quiet hours. It can be very disruptive during the week and on weekends. It also seems like a lot of the people at the pool at night may not even live here, which makes it feel overcrowded and ha... read more
Gorgeous property, but the excessive late-night parties make me want to leave. What’s the point of living somewhere with such a beautiful and peaceful appearance if tenants are partying until 3 or 4 in the morning with loud music? I’ve called the cops, and the parties still continue. If you have a family or work a normal schedule, this may not be the place for you. The management is the worst I’ve ever worked with. It’s nothing but a scam and they want to charge for every little thing even though rent has been on time for over 5 years. Ridiculous fees on trying to move out. Maintenance was always slow. The new company that owns this property really made living here a nightmare the past few years. Don’t recommend staying here
