Beautiful apartment complex overall, and the property is always kept looking nice. The amenities are great, especially the pool area. However, something really needs to be done about the late-night pool parties. Many residents have work early in the morning and are trying to rest, but the loud music and noise often continue well past quiet hours. It can be very disruptive during the week and on weekends. Gorgeous property, but the excessive late-night parties make me want to leave. What’s the point of living somewhere with such a beautiful and peaceful appearance if tenants are partying until 3 or 4 in the morning with loud music? I’ve called the cops, and the parties still continue. If you have a family or work a normal schedule, this may not be the place for you. The management is the worst I’ve ever worked with. It’s nothing but a scam and they want to charge for every little thing even though rent has been on time for over 5 years. Ridiculous fees on trying to move out. Maintenance was always slow. The new company that owns this property really made living here a nightmare the past few years. Don’t recommend staying here
I have lived in the same apartment at Legends on the Green for 16 years. I have always paid my rent on time and have been happy here over the years. My bathroom and kitchen, along with a portion of the carpeting, have been flooded from the apartment above a total of three times since we moved in. My carpet has never been replaced despite repeated requests. Now the carpet has holes worn in it. The seams are pulling away from the walls and thresholds.
