Yesterday, February 16th, I discovered my storage closet open, and professional tools, a water purification system, a bag of summer shoes, rugs, and other items were stolen. This is the second burglary in two years. I emailed the Cobdominium office, but I still haven't received a response. My storage closet doors are open. if i could do - stars i would. The building is made of cheap material. When i say cheap i mean DIRT cheap. I can hear my neighbors upstairs breathe. Any time they walk it feels like an earthquake. I literally cannot sleep. Its not uncomfortable its unlivable. You would think they would have the decency to use proper materials to sound proof but no.
