I stumbled into a free boxing lesson with zero experience and two left feet. Vic was a saint! He patiently showed me the ropes, even though I was hilariously uncoordinated. It's a serious brain and body workout – remembering which limb to move is like learning a new language. Now, 1.5 months in, I attend 2-3 classes a week, I'm loving it! Vic and Omar are amazing coaches. They're always positive, super helpful with technique, and incredibly patient with my 'unique' style. Their support keeps me coming back for more!

Gym is great! Super inviting with all the gear and training equipment and coaches, fighters and athletes could want. It’s also in a great spot, restaurants, and a good amount of parking places. This is the place to be

This is a special place. It’s a real community - young and old, new and experienced, all fitness levels. I’ve never been part of a gym that has had this level of inclusion and support - and that’s why it’s been my longest-running gym membership to date! Everyone encourages each other and there’s a total lack of judgement. It’s good vibes all around, and the coaches are directly responsible for that. Plus, it’s not just for the workout.
