I have seen Bruno the past 5 years....best in the biz
1st time patron... the atmosphere was great loved the friendly puppy & the barber was very professional taking the time to listen to the style I wanted and to provide exactly what I asked for!
Have been going to Bruno for about a year now, everything was good until recently. scheduled an appointment about 2 weeks ago, went to the shop the day of, no Bruno. This wouldn't be a problem if there would of been communication from his end, at this point he has yet to answer my calls to the shop or respond to my messages from that day. Did not receive the service I paid for went through my bank to get my money back and was told merchant stated service had been provided.
