Great office staff
Keshia was very helpful and knowledgeable of the property, she made finding a home very smooth and easy.
Previous apartment I was renting at screwed up my bank information for the first two months of my 18 months lease and put a bad mark on my renters history, even though I have a clean history otherwise and it wasn’t my fault. Leasing office refused work with me, refused to come up with alternative solutions, refused when I offered to pay 5 times the deposit amount and provide 5 years of payment history showing this was a one time fluke, or have someone else co sign with me. As a tenant, who pays on time every month, I requested a LANDLORD LETTER in order to be able to use my lease as 1 form of residency at the DMV. They said they couldn’t. In turn, I cannot change my residency over, get issued a new driver’s license, and handle what needs to be handled after moving to this complex. I even provided the paperwork directly from the DMV detailing what was needed. They still claimed “they couldn’t do it.” But they were quick to take my money and provide me with all the paperwork to move in.
Mrs.Keshia was amazing where i came to do my tour!! Definitely plan on moving here soon
