The latest update as of 10/13/24 - Stay away from this builder - lousy workmanship . The house is nearly two years old and already falling apart - from unreliable wood panel center of bedroom to window in the front of the house. I noticed today that one of the window’s has came off the frame and currently standing on my front porch roof - pic is included - also , we have not used our master bedroom fan because of bad workmanship that led to the panel and the fan to fall to the ground and had to wait for trophy to fix the pro... read more

We love our experience with Trophy. Buying any home can have its bumps, Trophy stepped in and smoothed out all steps to make this a perfect home for our family! We are so happy here and thankful to be part of the community!
Closed on our home in September at Uptown Crossing. Frankly the builder has a poor warranty follow through. Irrigation, drainage, interior painting are all problem areas with buck-passing galore. Our advice to any potential buyers: Be prepared to handle a lot of after-closing construction quality issues on your own.
