Please be advised this place has no security protection outside. Twice my vehicle has either been vandalized or broken into. I have had to constantly patrol our own neighborhood with no security patrols from officers or even surveillance cameras in the area. They say they do monthly pest control spray downs yet I live remotely and for almost a year have not seen one person take care of this. There is only one garbage disposal for over 15+ apartments. I am not typically the kind of person to leave reviews and I am normally a "benefit of the doubt" kind of person but my experience here needs to be written out. I highly advise people to go anywhere BUT here. This was my first apartment back in 2020, and it was truly an incredible experience. I lived here until January 2023 and had absolutely no problems. Needs a lot of work. Staff space is better than tenants.
Overpriced and under managed.
Have stopped in this facility a few times. Shelby and Arika are always AMAZING! Along with being extremely knowledgeable about the property, they are super friendly!
