I lived in one of the townhomes in the middle back when they were getting built. My Son was just born and now 16 years later I rented a 2bd 2ba for my Son and I. The majority of people writing negative reviews are probably the trashy neighbors you wouldn't want to live next to anyway. Arika has been very helpful and everyone has been very friendly.
Please be advised this place has no security protection outside. Twice my vehicle has either been vandalized or broken into. I have had to constantly patrol our own neighborhood with no security patrols from officers or even surveillance cameras in the area. They say they do monthly pest control spray downs yet I live remotely and for almost a year have not seen one person take care of this. There is only one garbage disposal for over 15+ apartments. I am not typically the kind of person to leave reviews and I am normally a "benefit of the doubt" kind of person but my experience here needs to be written out. I highly advise people to go anywhere BUT here. This was my first apartment back in 2020, and it was truly an incredible experience. I lived here until January 2023 and had absolutely no problems.
