We only had one leasing agent who has been professional during two rental years at the property. The others in the office were either rude, racist, or ill informed. Sorry to say if you think it's a safe rental place you're wrong. Neighbors of colors were spoken about many times in the office under whispers between agents when you pop thru the office for something. I lived in one of the townhomes in the middle back when they were getting built. My Son was just born and now 16 years later I rented a 2bd 2ba for my Son and I. The majority of people writing negative reviews are probably the trashy neighbors you wouldn't want to live next to anyway. Arika has been very helpful and everyone has been very friendly.
Please be advised this place has no security protection outside. Twice my vehicle has either been vandalized or broken into. I have had to constantly patrol our own neighborhood with no security patrols from officers or even surveillance cameras in the area. They say they do monthly pest control spray downs yet I live remotely and for almost a year have not seen one person take care of this. There is only one garbage disposal for over 15+ apartments.
