Raise rent year over year with little justification. The property is becoming deplorable. All of the buildings have exposed wires hanging out of them, siding is growing moss on just about every building, the siding is also falling off on most of the buildings and tree branches hanging at head height on just about every tree waiting to poke a child’s eye out. Dog poo everywhere too. Other than that the people who work here are great. It’s just that corporate greed has taken this place over.
I have nothing but a great experience when dealing with Danielle and staff, always get maintenance out immediately when needed. Would recommend to a friend
I have lived in the Legends for six years the office staff is wonderful they get any maintenance problems taken care of as soon as possible just now I was snowed in and maintenance was driving all over the complex helping residents get their cars out my only issue is the rental increases yearly but for the rent it still is better than anything in the area high ceilings large rooms grounds kept clean and large dogs are allowed I give it 5 stars and recommend anyone who is looking to check this complex out you won’t be disappo... read more
My girlfriend and I have lived here for almost a year now with our dog and we love it. The management and maintenance team here are responsive and reliable. We look forward to many more years here!
