I've been living in this complex for 10 years. I can't recall how many management teams in total, but current property manager Debbie is the best. I had a noisy neighbor 2 years ago, I talked to her about the issue, she tried to solve it by talking to the trouble maker, it was improved but it still bothered me, so I asked to change the room. This place does not even deserve one star!!! I was in a predicament where I needed to move in immediately due to a divorce and child custody issue and they moved me into an apartment with VERY OLD carpet with extensive damage from previous tenants. I wrote down all of the damage issues on my move-in sheet and reported it to management. They informed me that all they could do is offer me a free carpet cleaning upon lease renewal.
