Would never recommend this place. Worst staff I have experienced of any apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. I have submitted maintenance requests for numerous problems and not a single one was addressed. 1) there are wasp nests inside the buildings air vents. As a result there’s been 6-7+ wasps in my house over the last couple weeks. 2) the mail system is broken and doesn’t give you the barcode required to actually retrieve your package. TENANTS BEWARE! If this is your last resort, please hold out hope for another resort. I lived here for 2 1/2 years and renewed my lease each time with the promise things would get better. Things never improved. I was finally allowed to break my lease when I had 10 tenants living above me that came to life around 9pm and stayed up til 4:30am. Complex has changed once South Oxford took over as the new management company. Staff is Rude, constantly changing and they can't remember my name or apartment number to save their lives. Maintenance tickets get lost all the time, construction happening constantly, no incentives for residents to stay. Valet Garbage is necessary and costs $23 but they pick it up when they feel like it. Just couldn't be more unhappy living here.
