I have lived here for 5 years. This place is an absolute disaster from parking, air conditioning, dishwashers, price of rent,water sucks, the worst thing of all is the staff everyone of them do absolutely nothing but lie and when you call them out on it or show them proof they play dumb ( well I hope they are playing) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT MOVE HERE AT ALL NOT EVEN FOR A WEEK. Been living here since 2019,I've had some issues but nothing major. If I need something fixed, they get right on it. I enjoy being right around everything on this side of town and plus I'm only 7 to 8mins from work.
Very quick response from maintenance and the staff is very friendly!!!
The leasing office People are Extremely rude(there basically only nice during yourinterviewto get a place) , the Prices for these apartments are SOOOO HIGH (you could get a townhouse for 1100$) there WiFi is trash and its open so if breached you can be hacked easily. Wouldn't pay for the price of this place I'd stay another year i am before living there.
