Great leasing staff and very nice apartments.
I have lived at Legends for almost a year now and I have no plans of moving anytime soon. The staff at Legends are wonderful and very responsive. Neighbors are super quiet, the property is well maintained, and the location can't be beat. What I love most about Legends is the cost of rent. It is actually AFFORDABLE which is saying something in today's economy and I don't feel like I have to choose between covering rent and paying bills. We've been renting here for a long time. Over 15 years. We like that they take really good care of the apartments and the property. Their customer service at the management office is very good and attentive. And their rent charges are very reasonable. We would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for their web portal, where you can setup the rent on autopay. Sadly it's so basic it does not send notifications to renters when the autopay cycle is about to end or if you missed a payment because it ended and you didn't realize. ... read more
