I've really enjoyed living here for many reasons; office staff is amazing, maintenance is so fast and so kind, my view from my porch is spectacular, the apartments are spacious, its pretty peaceful here and no trouble as of yet in the almost two years we have been here. Amenities are nice, on site laundry for those who need it, pools are nice, etc. Even the car washing spots are convenient, a nice nozzle on it would be great though lol. I loved living at the Legends back in 2021. I loved all the amenities and the pool. I will live there again in early 2027. I look forward to it!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work!!!
Anything that needed to be fixed was fixed mostly same day, three days max I'm pretty sure that only happened once. The stuff would have fun events happening all the time. They were very reasonable on when we would be late on paying rent as long as we let them know. We never had a problem with parking. The pools are amazing I just wish they were open earlier in season but I know nothing about upkeep or any of that.
