Our family absolutely loves this gym! My two kids and I all train here, and we’ve also worked with their highly professional personal trainers. Amazing gym that focuses on safety first while slowly progressing you to lift heavier than you ever imagine! Love how much personal attention I get to tweak my form as a lot of the exercises we do are very advanced (athlete) level that they program for the every day people like me who also want to lift and get strong. I'm grateful not only by how much I'm getting my butt kicked by Mark and Steve, but as a sports medicine physician I'm thoroughly impressed by their attention to detail and grasp of the musculoskeletal system. I see too many patients have injuries after sessions with other less knowledgeable trainers, it's a breath of fresh air to have a crew that knows biomechanics and the right way to do strength and conditioning. And bonus, they're also amazing with my 8 year old son! Highly recommend!
